Oh yeah!...I forgot about Hard Corps: Uprising. Thanks for the reminder dude. I've definitely got to get my hands on that Contra goodness.

This game looks like my kind of RPG. Very traditional in presentation. I should get this sooner than later.
The folks at EA are nothing more than a bunch of suits trying to make fast money and dupe gamers into buying their crap. I miss the old EA.
Honestly...I never trusted DLC since it was introduced years ago. I knew it was going to be bad news and an excuse for developers to produce less (or withold) content for the some $60.
One of my favorite intro songs was the opening for Metal Gear Solid 2. It had the flare of modern militaryspy thriller on TV. Pretty epic for a video game back then.
Also, ditto on the opening theme to Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I first played the game when the Zelda Collection was released on the GameCube. Here that song instantly gave me these magical nostalgic feelings for a game I hadn't even played back on N64. And the game commanded my attention until the very end.
Agreed-- the game really wasn't so tough once you got the boss patterns down. But I definitely needed the 30-man code if I were to stand a chance at beating the game.
Man, I've got get my hands on Contra 4. I also need to get Contra Rebirth on my Wii.
My brother used to hate it when I stole his lives to come back into the game after losing mine. Good times man. Good times.
Well spoken, my friend. Playing Contra was a right of passage in the NES gaming days of old.
Yeah, playing games as intended on a console is the only to fly. Unfortunately, I no longer have my collection, so I'm forced to use emulators for more than just capturing screen shots.
Dang dude, sorry about your laptop. Could you possibly buy a HDD duplictor and copy the files to your PC or another laptop?
