I distinctly remember picking up a Dreamcast just when Gamestop was getting ready to ship them all off to their warehouse. It was like $40. I grabbed a bunch of games and discovered a really fun system. I wouldn't let it go now for anything. 

PS1 was a great system with just loads of games for it. I used to have the PSOne slim deck, but let it go for some reason. Now I use my PS2 slim for all my PS1 games, but I kinda still want that PSOne slim deck. Next time I see one, I think I'll grab it. 

I'm watching My Neighbors the Yamadas right now and there was a preview of several other Studio Ghibli movies on the DVD and I got so excited by them. Such incredible animation and interesting design! I can't wait to see more. 

Naturally Curious sounds really neat. I am definitely that. 

That's a lot of changes in just a few months! Getting your Native American name is super cool. Too bad about your dad. I lost mine just a few years ago. We weren't very close though. I still don't know what to think about it, only, that when I think of something I could say to him now, I can't. Maybe we'll meet in the next place. Who knows.

I've sort of gotten a bit apathetic about the current gaming generation. Nothing has really jumped out at me and I still don't have any of the new systems. This Xmas might be different though. I want to play the new Overlord game.

My roomate is going through the first stages of internet fascination. Lol animal vids. Here's one she sent me recently. 

Cash doesn't always bring acceptance. Woody Allen couldn't impress his parents with his astonishing success in Hollywood. They just wanted him to be a grocer. 

Darn it! I just saw that! It was Titan A.E., an animated epic with Don Bluth art, writers Ben Edlund (The Tick), and Josh Weedon. I'm not sure how I missed it in 2000. Maybe I saw it but watching the trailer doesn't spark any memories. 

That's too bad. I got my current job in '01. It was fine to have a job then, but still being there in 2015 is an outrage. I should, and am, ashamed of myself. 

21st century has been great for gaming, that's for sure.

I was just thinking about my gamer score on Xbox Live. I sometimes can't decide if a bigger number makes me feel great or just more of a sad nerd. . . "ePeen". snicker snicker.
