Did you ever beat it? If not, take the time to play all the way through. The whole experience is pretty fun.

I love it! Actually waited in line to insure I got a copy. Love making levels AND playing others. It's hard to put down. This is one game that's endlessly replayable and inexaustible, and I hope it helps the Wii U sell better.
The graphics are beautiful and the game is pretty fun. I've never played Castle of Illusion, but my favorite Mickey game is Mickey Mania on SNES.
Indeed, this was aimed at kids. However, I never thought Aladdin on SNES was that difficult (I beat it as a kid).
Capcom DID make the best Disney games, no doubt about it. Duck Tales, Chip N' Dale, Aladdin on SNES, and even Little Mermaid (NES) are all great.
The Sonic and Tails levels are the best.
I gave each level a good effort, but couldn't get far at all in any of them. You would have to spend a lot of time with the game in order to get very far, but give it a shot.
Sonic Team learned from the Adventure games. No Big the Cat in Adventure 2, for example. Although Sonic Heroes had the whole friends thing going. The best Sonic games just have you playing as Sonic, which Sega did for awhile, but then Sonic Boom ruined everything.
Is his speed too tricky for you? I can understand that, especially for a 3D Sonic game.
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on Gamecube was actually the first Sonic game I ever played, and at the time I thought it was really great. And it is, despite the problems you mentioned.
