I was impressed by this too. I don't know if the real game will be good or not, but I liked this a lot, so much that I downloaded SoTN to catch up on the series. But I really want to purchase this one too. Might hold out for reviews form friends first though.
when I lived in Minnesota we had a house on a lake and we did mad tubing. Great fun!

I've never played Okami but I want to. I played Wind Waker all the way through but I never beat it. Life got in the way.
I love the sailing though. I always wanted to sail in real life (have a couple times) and I was just in love with the sailing in the game. I can't wait for the HD version.
I dig the mako too. they should have refined it instead of trashing it.

whoah, you can track it on GPS? that's pretty fun. I guess you can wake up in the middle of the night and check on the status of the mushers.

I love shmups but I've never been very good at them. I don't have the reflexes and I don't have the vision. I used to love playing Life Force though, and Thunder Force 2, and most recently Sine Mora. I wish I was better at them though.
Wait, are you playing this without THE CODE? I played Life Force endlessly when I was a kid, but always used the code. I don't have the skills not to.

I think we all have backlog problems. There's so many good games, but such little time to play them. You should see my Steam library --- it's insane. But I'm trying to keep up. Problem is I keep buying games.
