No, and neither was the dad I was talking about in one of my earlier comments. But all the ones I've personally met were fantastic people; I want to believe! lol Obviously, I'm joking around here.
Nah, in this case, it was honestly just weak material (and freezing) I think, no fault on anyone but me, although other comedians had problems with the crowd as well.
I can definitely understand listening to yourself. Me, I think that's a terrible idea for me right now that is only going to kill my self esteem and keep me from doing it, so I've been listening to other comedians to get down a certain delivery style. Not copying, but they all seem to have a particular rythm, at least the ones I enjoy.
And ATF agents, huh? That stinks, man, I'm sorry.
Yay work indeed! Now I need to make sure I show the producers what a capable worker I am so they start hiring me on their sets.
Well, same one, just finally got called in again. And thanks, hopefully it goes better this time since I've actually laughed at some of my bits before performing them, instead of just thinking what they would like and being hit or miss/freezing up there. We'll see.
We will see how much anyone wants to see or hear my routine. lol If I do well, the Soundcloud will be posted on here and everywhere else I can think of. If I don't, then one instance of me bombing is plenty to share. lol
Snee: It's the same freelance job I've had for a while, but due to someone calling in sick and one of the hgher-ups being in Wisconsin for a funeral, they really needed me.
The reason I haven't been getting as much work is because booking switched hands from the guy that knows me really well and his crew (who texted me to come in Sunday night) to the producers, who I'm making it a point to suck up to and tell them I am in fact trained to work for them. lol
I agree with the fact they questioned him. They should take these things seriously to a point. Nine years in jail is not that point.
Yeah, but I prefer to drink liquor, so it's not as enticing to me. lol
Time Warner was asking me a few days ago if I wanted some UFC PPV. I take it the fight was good, or the fights were good? All I know is someone on my facebook was talking about how one guy should retire and not embarass himself. That may have been a status about boxing, though.
