Favorite I've played would be Rogue Squadron II, least favorite Shadows of the Empire, so why's the one I like less the one I own?
I wasn't saying new technology hasn't changed anything, just that a lot of the ideas and executions of what makes something fun that get expounded upon are very similar to what they were years ago most of the time.
Obviously, you can't make a world like Okami with an Atari dev kit, but the core idea of adventure in an expansive world has been around since ... well, the Atari game Adventure.

I couldn't say illegal downloading had nothing to do with it, and that theft is somehow not an issue; I think that's a bit rosier of a painting than reality; but at the same time if you respond to it by doing this to actual consumers, actual consumers jump ship, too, and frankly I don't think I was ever on-board to begin with, but now I'm not even considering it.
