These types of awards are always fun. Surprised Uncharted 3 didn't win best graphics (though I played BF3 on PS3). Would have picked either Rayman or Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet for art direction. I agree with a lot of these picks though.

Shadow of the Colossus is probably my favorite of this bunch. Super Mario Galaxy 2 was pretty great too. I still need to finish Skyward Sword myself (and DKCR, but not sure when I will get to that). I enjoyed Pschonauts mostly for the story, characters and world which are incredibly charming. The actual platforming is rather meh in my opinion, but still definitely worth playing. Well good luck this year. Seems like some pretty reasonable tasks.
I recall enjoying the first one of these, but find it largely forgettable to me now. Not sure I will be checking the second one out. Good review.
Oh nice. These are good features!
You got quite a few games done. I used to keep a list like this to keep track of what games I actually completed each year, but kind of forgot to this year. The big one I need to finish from this past year is Skyward Sword. My living room went through a revamping which left my Wii unhooked from my TV for a while, but I am going to try and get back to it. Good luck clearing out some of those games you couldn't quite finish.
I Am Alive... I forgot about that. That one looks pretty cool. I will probably grab it assuming it turns out well.
This is good. Some games probably just wouldn't sell at $40. They started doing this towards the end of the PSP run with series like LocoRoco and Patapon launching at $20. Not crazy about some being $50, but that will probably be rare I suppose.
Great line-up. I will probably grab Uncharted and Lumines with maybe Stardust and Escape Plan downloads at launch. And Gravity Daze when it releases. Can't wait for the Vita!
Seems like a solid list. Portal 2 is definitely one of a handful of games I played that would be in the running as my choice for GotY. Still need to get to half of the games on this list though!
Not sure what exactly the Holiday season encompasses. I got a bunch throughout the Fall, but come December I haven't bought anymore. Got to save money for Christmas presents and all that. I am hoping I get Rayman: Origins for Christmas. Otherwise i still have a big backlog of games from this Fall like Zelda: Skyward Sword, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Battlefield 3 and a few others. Also want to put some more time into Uncharted 3 multiplayer. My skills just don't compare to when I used to play Uncharted 2 all the time. I would like to change that.
