Only on NES I'm afraid and it's sequel Fire Shark only on Genesis. It sucks neither were put in any Taito Legends collections in N.A..
Of course there's emulation on PC. I guess I should try that sometime.

I liked the shmups that had realistic environments that you flew over I think.
I must've not seen many Japanese arcade games in my town, because when i saw the Konami stuff on Xbox's Game Room, I didn't know hardly any of them. I never saw Ikari Warriors in the arcades either.
Sounds cool! I'll do some stretching and workouts to get ready.

I was so obsessed with this series back in High School. Elric jumps in a castle tower that moves randomly through the dimensions. Kinda like a Dr. Who story now that I think of it.
Oh yea, 1974 for the first version of DnD. I just noticed that ADnD came out in '77. That was the version I grew up on.
I got rid of a bunch of consoles a while back, especially the 80's ones because they are so bulky. I also got rid of my SNES and Genesis because I have a lot of the games elsewhere. I kinda regret it now. An original NES costs $50 now. WTF.
I got a Wii because of VC. It's getting some good use now finally.
I love having collections, so I really want that Tecmo one. It's not expensive either. I just gotta get a Amazon card sometime.
It's weird but I was getting frustrated with a lot of old school games this weekend. When I was about to quit one, my last play was a "I don't give two shits" style of wreckless abandonment, and well. . . that was the best round I had every time.
I noticed all the arcade ports to NES this weekend. My friend Mark has a whole case full of them. They're good, but noticeably lower quality than the arcade versions across the board. I think consoles finally caught up to the arcades when CDs happened in '95.
Man, all this talk of the NES version makes me want to play it now. I'll have to keep my eye open for a copy next time I'm at my retro store Jay Street VG.
