Wait, you can not have rescued all the villagers and get to the ending? Thenwhy do I get Game Over when I beat the midpoint boss?

I never played GBA Castlevanias, though I had always wanted to, they were so well-received!
I'm ... not giving them credit for making me feel as frustrated as the character, that's any game that has a stressful level of difficulty. lol
I understand why people like the time mechanic, and I liked the concept, but for me the execution as far as some of the overlong sidequests was rage-inducing, and I did know how to fast forward and slow down time, but even then I get tired of inputting the notes every time.
I will give it credit in that it did help the story, some of the discussions had with people in the game are downright sombering because of the impending doom, but I just wish they had toned it down in some of these mask-getting sidequests.
That reminds me, I need to play Dawn of Sorrow at some point. It's the best reviewed of the three, yet the only one I missed. I blame the fact I wasn' really into Castlevania in 2005.
And Order of Ecclesia is good enough overall to forgive, yeah, but that doesn't calm my rage. lol
Sounds like my kind of game.
I know, and I got Dethalbum II and an Eminem video that way, but I'm like you, I prefer CDs. Especially since the download fucked up and I'm missing two songs from Dethalbum II.
I don't download music, at least not illegally; your tongue-out smiley does not apply to me lol.
I'll listen to that Rockman Rock CD and see if I like it, but it's going to have to at least match some of the independently uploaded stuff I've heard on Youtube, which is amazing.
The closest I've come to paying that much for music was when Bad Religion put all their LPs from the 80s to 2011 in a vinyl box set... and it was ltd edition, so I no longer see it in their store. Looks like you got some damn cool booklets and a nice collection, though, plus it's signed, which is awesome!
Dug those two tracks you posted. Guilty Gear X2 was one of my absolute favorite games on PS2, and possibly my favorite fighting game.
I don't think I've ever bought game music soundtracks, but I did buy the soundtracks for a couple movies, MI:2, Spider-Man and Star Wars Episode I, and of those only Episode I is an OST. I don't know what game's music I'd buy, probably a Zelda title's OST or a compilation of rock/metal Mega Man covers if I did. Of course, there's tons of great video game music I'd love to have, I'm just not sure what I'd buy in terms of OSTs.
Not having to choose a class or something at the outset does sound awesome, I hate starting with a class I end up hating. I don't play MMOs (don't have the equipment to, really, unless it's Farmville, but I have no interest in that), but this sometimes applies to games I play anyway.
They're fun and well-made action platformers, I just happened to hit a rather unfortunate snag.
Amy Adams is fantastic! She goes from that homely girl in The Office to playing an absolutely terrifying woman in this, making it seem like she's in charge as opposed to Hoffman at times.
