I miss playing Genesis stuff. Love those colorful 2D environments.
Played Over-G Fighters recently. It's a super hard core sim game. Really good but tough. It was interesting to see the realistic view from the cockpit of a F-15. You can't see much. Keep your eyes on the dials.
Man I gotta get an iPad or some tablet to play this stuff.
Seussian. Yea, it totally is. Ha!
IGN's Podcast Unlocked today mentioned Minecraft just hit 10 million in sales on Xbox 360 almost reaching the 13 million on PC right now. Add to that it being put on next gen systems soon and I think we could start calling the Xbox One and PS4 the Minecraft Machines. It's incredible the popularity of that game based on nothing more than the ease at which you can alter its environment.
"veiny arms" ha!
After learning it, I don't even think about my keyboarding anymore. It's effortless.
That's why it's so hard to tell what will be good or not. The Cave was no graphical powerhouse, but I loved it. I played the demo almost at random and realized it would be good. I could've easily missed that one.
You just hit on two games in my backlog that I'm dying to get to: Fire Emblem Awakening and Dragon's Crown. I'm still working on Mario & Luigi: Dream Team and will be playing Halo: Spartan Assault when it drops on XBL on Xmas Eve.
