Been thinking of picking this one up soon. But not until after PAX East.
I got my first one for my birthday when it came out, but this second one was a pretty solid buy for a buck. I'm hoping to sell this cube and controller for a decent profit ( I got the whole package for a total of $11.50)
Mega Man & Bass never felt better to me (though I still want an SFC copy!)
Bit.Trip is one of my all-time favorite series. Runner in particular. Have you gotten Runner 2 yet?
Dude, you;re telling me. If there were no "checkpoint deaths" I'd have totally done it.
I truly wonder if I'll see the end in the near future... hopefuly... hopefully...
Once upon a time, I was not-so-good with them, but with years of prcatise, I've come to be pretty good. I still need to see if I can get any further in Aero Blasters with my seemingly new-found skills. That game was a real beast!
At least Life Force has the code, but the NES game is a "director's cut" in and of itself. Salamander is quite a different game with definite power ups versus the gradius-style bar and it forces you to make due with stock lives and three credits. That's it. Oh, but on the plus side though, there is a fairly forgiving extend score, so you can earn a ton of lives... if you're good enough.
I was glad to play Metal Gear Solid "1" after so many people said it was so amazing. For the longest time, I only had an N64, so catching up on PSone titles was one of the first things I did when I got my own income. This was one such game. Good times.
I'm on the fence with the PS4 as well... I feel like the gamer time forgot already, never mind the next gen....
