My friend gave me such hell for not knowing what a Heavy Sixer was. We both grew up with the Atari 2600 and I knew about four and six switch decks, but not the heavy one. It might have a little better parts than other versions, but it's not something too important. I had a regular six switch once and it was just fine.
I played about 50% of Arkham Asylum before the stealth sections began to piss me off. But I really loved the fighting in that game and the story. I need to go back and finish it and then play Arkham City. I'm so far behind on that stuff.
The new one isn't by Rocksteady, which worries me, but I'm interested to play it.

Final Fight CD I picked up at a Thrift Store. It had co-op unlike the SNES version.

On the AllGenGamers podcast this week (my favorite podcast btw), they talked about this film Life 2.0. It's about people getting addicted to Second Life. It's kinda similar to the MMO thing. It's on Netflix streaming right now I'm told.
I got the DnD game on XBLA and was so excited, and then, as I played it, I remembered old school brawlers and how unfair they can be. I am going to go back to it and really figure out the controls. I do love the graphics in those games.
It was 14 games total. Good thing about retro, except for some of the 90's RPGs, is that most of the games are very short. Also, this was all part of my plan to revisit the games I listed in a previous set of blogs concerning my no. 1 favorite games. I want to really check out closely every version of some specific games like Stampede.
The PSP collection has Pitfall I and II. I see the SNES one, The Mayan Adventure, is available on Wii Virtual Console. I might have to try that one out. I never understood why Pitfall was good until I replayed it just this year. Then I got it. What was I thinking? It's pretty cool.
There's lots of versions of Commando out there, one being in Capcom Arcade Cabinet, but that's the arcade version I believe and not the 2600 version.
I'll have to go on an RPG hunt-and-find someday. There's a lot of good ones on the PSP.
