When I came up with "social life suffers" I was bemused by how ironic it was. In blunt honesty, I'm not that social to begin with even though I try my best to keep tabs on friends. lol.

My pc has no problem running the demo but from experience I've learned pcs are very diversified from person to person.

Heck, even the no-thrills edition of Deadly Premonition on the 360 was enough to make me sing its' praises for a long time! To this day I'd still probably call it the best survival horror/adventure game on the 360 but I can simultaneously understand why many folks would disagree with me.
I admit I'm a lot more tolerant of dated graphics and somewhat dated control schemes. That stated, for anyone who can love a game for its' characters and its' story telling they should totally pick this up!

Back in the day this game was kinda hard for me. (Even on easy) Probably because there were not many games like it. Yeah, there were run N gun games like Ikari warriors and Contra but they didn't exactly require stealth and finding items to proceed. Even back then Metal Gear was the thinking man's game.
