Well the house was bulit during the 60's if that helps. We haven't tried to modernize it for we thought it looked nice too. Plus my wife is trying to grow bamboo along them.

If anything I thought Ham didn't put out enough "thinker" questions about the intitial findings that carbon dating is only good for 5000 years. But then again those are the same comments that brand creationist scientists nothing more than fringe crazies.
As much as I'd like to offer Nye proof, most of what he offered was still based on scientific theory than proven fact. It's one of the things that really turned me off to scientists these days that they are now holding the mindset that if you can think of the theory and the math/concept sounds possible even before fully trying all venues of reasearch then it has to be true! It's almost as bad as the conspiracy nutters or the one scientist at UConn that says he's built a time machines.

I was kinda of hung up on the plot as well but not in the usual places that most speak of. I just felt that the plot was just a rehash of the first game (which it was in a sense) but instead of making me feel like this was all planned from the start given the plot's complexities, I felt like it was a cop out that the game would stick to what it did before with only subtle changes to make up for it being on the PS2.
Even the "epic" battle with all the Metal Gears didn't help win me over with what all came to be. Perhaps I need to finally get around to playing MGS4 to fully apprciate it.
