Of course, I shouldn't be surprised you went just for Amy Adams :P
If you don't mind the changes from the book, I think you'll definitly like The Hobbit.

Since I wasn't familiar with the source (except my mom, who actually enjoyed the film), I just went to The Lone Ranger to have fun, and that's is what I got. As for the characters, I didn't see the character as "wimpy" and even if Tonto took obvious cues from Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp wasn't bad to be honest.
Even with the badness of After Earth, i'm not discouraged to see his other films. I think I will start with the ones who are considered the good ones (6th Sense and Unbreakable), and i'll see if i'm interested in his other films.
Odly enough, I thought The Dark World was worse than the first Thor, which to your surprise, is my second favorite of the first part of the Marvel movie universe, only behind The Avengers.
GO AND SEE GRAVITY!!!
Still need to see those.
Yeah, let's not go again into Iron Man 3 and The Man of Steel. Monsters University is still worth looking, and I rather not to use the term "kids movies".
I haven't seen Moon, so I didn't notice similarities as some have said.
Gravity was such an incredible experience. I hope it does great at the Oscar's.
After Earth is the first Shyamalan films I had seen, so I think it's pretty much a warning to be careful when I see the rest of his filmography. I always heard that The 6th Sense and Unbreakable are his best films (or his only good ones), so i'm gonna try watching those next.
I played a lot of licensed games, but I can't seem to remember my favorite or one I especially like. However, I did particuraly liked the Cars licensed game (which you have even talked about it on 1up), since instead of following the movie, it's a side story after the movie, so it got saved from the problems that plague those kinds of games like being up to date.
Congrats Travis! Now to the 200,000 points.
Haven't given the forum much time since i'm more concentrated in BaD and trying to comment and read other blogs.
Rest man, you deserve it.
I'm surprisingly managing to do BaD, but my problems comes with trying to read the rest of the blogs, which are the source of some sleeping problems.
I think my dad used to have Doom back when I was 5 or 6 years old, but only remembering vague parts. I definitly want to play the Doom games and i've been thinking in maybe get Doom 3 BFG since it has the three games.
If I get a Vita, this will be one of the first games I will buy. Though I got into Danganronpa because of the anime that was released before the game, so I know all about the story (which is indeed, fantastic). Still, maybe i'll see details they left on the anime and see more of the character development.
