I think the music and characters elevate it to #1, even though the combat isn't quite as solid as Melee. 

Happy birthday, Pixlbit! Four years is impressive! This site has given me the opportunity to write and share what I love, and for that I am grateful. 

Wow, sounds like he gets around! He's definitely got talent, that's evident just watching VGHS. He puts a lot of work into his stuff. 

I'd much rather take that class than FPS 101 (no offense to FPSes, but there's so much more to learn about arcade history). 

Yes, it's easy to have pre-judgments about it, thinking it is going to be some terrible cheesy fan-made thing. But it's actually high-quality! It's fun to watch! It stands above all the other VG stuff on YouTube that is cheesy garbage. 

I just started watching the second season. So far loving it. Everyone did a great job. 

I was referring to Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City, a terrible SNES platformer starring MJ. I'm not sure if Shaq was in NBA Jam, I don't remember him, but I haven't played much of that game (that's my favorite basketball game btw). 

Yes, let's do the right thing here, people! This game does not deserve to exist!

My family owned a copy for a long time, then I decided to sell it since it was so terrible. As a kid, I thought nothing of it (though I thought the game was really weird), but once I grew up, I said to myself, "I have to get rid of this game."
