I'm not sure I've played anything that was released this year, to be honest. I JUST got a PS5, so Bugnsax mania has gripped me after playing through Astro's Playroom and Ratchet and Clank is fun and beautiful so far.
Not surprised your favorite games are Pac-Man and Kirby though. I've heard great things about the Kirby game.

Yeah, I like Streets of Rage 2, but maybe more for the music/atmosphere than the gameplay itself; though that is mostly good too.

I don't know if I'd have the patience for these games, but it's an interesting concept and I liked the history about the dad talking to his daughters via ARPANET.
