I mean, I'm sure it was brighter on LSD, but I get supremely annoyed with the gamma settings on modern games. Fuck you, icon I can barely see that always makes the game too dark if I follow instructions. I prefer gaming with a light on in the room and the developers' suggestions about a good brightness setting are insane to me.
I actually get a warm feeling when I see news footage I can tell is from the 90s. Something about things that came from my childhood ...
Yeah, having a theme this year is going to annoy me. Taking bets now on when I drop the ball.
I hate when I see things on sale and don't buy them, only to find out later they're not on sale and now I really want them.
It seems like it's aimed at a pretty specific generation/kind of person, so that's understandable.
Firewatch was ok. Haven't heard of the other two.
Maybe. I haven't played those Japanese games. Lots of western games in the style now in any case.
The medical thing may have been my fault (?) I knew they were "may owe" notifications and not bills, but insurer sure made it sound like I might have to pay it over the phone. I was on my parents' insurance until 26, so some of the co-pay and deduction calculations are still not always clear to me.
I have no idea how to play that game, but I want those donuts.
The only thing I played here is Yakuza 0. And now that I know VF5 is payable in 6, I'm super excited.
