Ah, the early days of Xbox and digital downloads. Braid was such a big deal, but I never liked it. It asked you for very precise jumping and that always drives me crazy. Why should I miss that easy jump up a ledge four times in row? Because I'm not doing it pixel perfect? Bah!
Was that the Bionic Command with the wife/arm? Who thought of that?
I certainly missed something, like the goal of the game. ha ha. It's like that sometimes, where I barely listen to the story and just basically mash buttons and try and wreck the place instead of paying attention and learning the game.
This is full on cartoon time. I find it weird how gross it is. Rash, Pimple, Zit? You also do a lot of spitting and licking things.
Funny how Netflix is publishing a lot of fan service films and remakes lately. I guess they know their audience.
I'm interested in getting the digital Dark Cloud to see how it plays. I'm sure load times are not an issue for the digital version.
Battletoads was pretty fun. You can use your tongue to swing from hooks, pick up flies for health or pull enemies closer. You can also spit gum to freeze enemies. I did a lot of tongue wagging and spitting, needless to say.
Dark Cloud seemed to have unusually long load times that varied making me think there was a problem with the disc, memory card or something internal in my PS2. I've never had such weird inconsistent loads on a PS2 game before. I say inconsistent because every time I came up to the surface and the game had to load the town area, it would either come up in a normal few seconds or take several minutes. Sometimes this would happen when opening a sphere in the dungeon as well. So I think it's something strange, but I'm going to see if others have had this problem with this game.
I kind of like these Rogue-lite games recently. You can die but keep some items to begin with again. Void Bastards was one of those.
I haven't had any glitches on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions I've played. I actually got farther in de Blob the previous time I played it. I still like the game. I just got to get a handle on how de Blob jumps and moves across buildings.
I do and I just saw the preview for that series the other night. I would've clicked it, but I was watching with my girlfriend, and I didn't think she'd be interested. Now that you reminded me, later today I'm going to click it and watch a half-hour or so with my friend Mark and see what it's about.

Sometimes I think college was a waste of time too. I actually didn't want to go but my parents made it clear I had to. Well, it was a waste of money for them. I've done nothing with it so far.
