that castlevania avatar is awesome.
What is a horror game really? I was playing through some classic Castlevania and every time a medusa head comes at me I feel a sense of panick. It has a horror type theme. I don't know that I would compare film to games that much. I felt that Nemesis was pretty scary in RE3 as were those villagers in RE4. I think you're quite right about sequels though. It's hard to recreate fear when you already know what's coming at you. RE6 just took it to such a ridiculous extreme that it was quite laughable. Less is more I think.
I kind of agree with your assesment of Ni No Kuni, from the impression I got from playing the demo at least. I've still yet to purchase the game, but mostly because I've been enjoying the openness of Xenoblade really.
I want to make my own game too. Is it too difficult with RPGMaker? How is your development experience? Good luck with your game.
I've been meaning to play Peace Walker on PS3, but due to the reliance on coop, I've hesitated to take it on. Stupid boss fights ruining my metal gear!
I didn't think RE6 was that horrible for the record. It's flawed for sure, but not unplayable. We'll see...
"Hey, Listen!" You're so lucky man.
I was surprised at how captivated I would become by this game. The open ended endlessness of the world is very refreshing. It feels like a fresh new step for JRPGs and I look forward to the WiiU follow up this year.
maybe it's the prince/princess or farmer w/pig again. Is Bucanner the right name for piloting an airship?
