I bought Shantae too! I've only played the first level so far but I like it I've also picked up the two Zelda Oracle games.

Yeah, it was a cool novelty when they introduced the first Star Wars LEGOs but it's just gotten out of control since then and now they're stuck with this business model of branded themes. If they had made them limited time only sales that were just one arm of their business, they could have made them real collector's items. Now everyone just expects them and people like me just roll their eyes when they see yet another property getting the LEGO treatment.
I've always wished I had some hobby I could do with my hands while watching tv or something. It'd be a nice change of pace. But I'm not sure what I'd do
I went when it opened in D.C. Really neat and very well done. Go see it, folks, if you can!
I'm surprised they're not offering the first game instead.
The first game I played was Kirby's Dream Land for the Game Boy, which probably makes it the first game I beat too, since it's so easy. Otherwise probably Super C for the NES.
I know the backlog feeling. Sometimes there are so many choices that you can't pick anything lol.
The library where I used to live had a great graphic novel section. I read a bunch of Batman novels, like Year One and The Dark Knight Returns. Pretty well-known stuff.
Sweet! My 3DS XL has gotten a ton of use this year. I hope to get Luigi's Mansion sometime. Let us know what you think!
And what Virtual Console games did you get?
Definitely nailed the creepy feeling at the beginning. Nice guitar work.
I have beat Castlevania IV. That's a great game. I'd really like to play Bloodlines for the Genesis but it isn't available on any digital service. Of course, I've never beaten any of the NES games and those are readily available lol
