Portal looks pretty cool.
Mother's Day on my end is a bit tricky, because I managed to lock myself out of my phone with an overcomplicated PIN.

I wish I could juggle ... Can't even whistle ... What CAN I do? Jesus ...
Sweet. I didn't like the Turok they released on GameCube, but I always thought the N64 games had a really cool concept. Only really saw a friend play one like once though.
Metroid. Because it's more impressive to me than Mario/Zelda, since it wasn't as obvious how to make that transition as it might have been with the others listed. Plus, Retro Studios is located in Austin, TEXAS, and therefore is better than everyone else.
I will say GTA was probably the biggest positive leap in quality from 2D to 3D ...
I still need a new laptop, but I hate automatic updates on phones especially, but also laptops, because they always do crap I don't need, take up space way too rapidly (much bigger issue for phones), and slow things down.
And yeah, Apple and Microsoft should just admit defeat in the browser wars.
I am happy to hear iTunes will come on the next Windows PCs though. Now add Final Cut Pro and I can feel zero guilt for choosing a new laptop that can play my Steam games rather than putting work first. *ahem*
I need to clean my bed sheets way more often than I do. I think it's one of the reasons I'm sick all the damn time aside from not cleaning other things (shower base could use some elbow grease and bleach) and eating garbage all the time. I'm eating Popeye's while waiting on my car as I type this. I bought fries and apple pie AFTER my 3 pc meal. What is wrong with me ... ? It's expensive, too ...
I've been too busy grading to watch TV. Final grades are due Wednesday. I should have half my classes done today or tomorrow, but it's the other 3 that are most time-consuming.
Musicals aren't for everyone. I personally loved the 2010 version of Les Miserables despite people hating Russel Crowe's singing (I didn't think it was THAT bad) and La La Land was enjoyable, but that's me. I will say live stage plays can get awkward, especially when they look exactly like those parodies you see on SNL and in cartoons, but I can get past it if most of the play is good.
Shocker that a book written by Ben Carson is "a little dry." lol He's obviously a great surgeon and a high achiever, but he is ALWAYS sleeping. Lol
I thought Guardians 2 had better story and characterization than 1, but the soundtrack wasn't as good. Bigger deal for me in this franchise than it would be in other movies, but still a great movie ... And now I want the themed DQ Blizzard ... Damn you. Lol and fuck reseller guy, he's the reason folks can't get a NES Mini for a good price.
House of Cards has A LOT to work with and I can't wait to see Melissa McCarthy hiding behind some bushes on SNL this weekend. ... This is one week where you REALLY. Would not have wanted me as a Facebook friend. Lol
I figured Playgrounds wouldn't be better than NBA JAM, but I'm just happy to see arcade sports titles come back. I loved Looney Tunes basketball on SNES. And NFL Blitz in arcade and on N64 back when too.
Injustice 2 looks so good. Like a mix between the graphics of MKX and the story of the first Injustice with the mechanics of either game intact.
Only coolio song i know is gangsters paradise, and i like that one.
I also like aerosmith, aside from don't want to miss a thing. Never liked that song.
I still need my Spider-Man soundtrack and I'm not convinced an ex didn't lose it, but we are still friends and i don't want to bring it up.
My university always places graduation in spring next to mothers day so itll be an interesting weekend indeed. Is kacey musgraves the one who sings follow your arrow? I dig that song.
Honestly hadn't noticed ... Just kinda went with it as a brand name. Interesting! Guvna! I do declare!
Was about to say, you have a fellow fan in Knight Driver.
I'm kind of the opposite. I like branching storylines for some games, but I tend to prefer a clearly defined story and objectives. Sometimes I'll make the "wrong" choice in certain games and feel I was cheated out of a better experience. I know cheated isn't the right word, but I like to know I got the best version of a story possible.
Now I have yet to play ME or KOTOR and wouldn't mind so much in those games, since the focus is so heavy on choices. But I find some games punish you for odd reasons based on choices that seemed more or less irrelevant at the time ...
Is Rare still the developer for KI? That's one thing XBO has over competition for me: Rare exclusivity.
