My comment might be invalid since I only touched Nintendo stuff this year, heck the only PS3 game I got this year was Burnout Paradise and that was a birthday present but still pretty fun. That and the Final Fantasy remake thing that I put off for Xenoblade. I'd say on other platforms, it might of sucked for everyone but I really don't know that much. I had alot of fun with the Wii U this year, I'd say this was the Wii U's best year so far. As for 3DS, it was great till my battery died in October. Next year seems to be looking good for Nintendo and everyone else too. 2014 didn't seem awful for games, I guess it was just disappointing for some.

Nice, as for the money, I'd say get a Wii U or a New 3DS but that's just me. Hope you have fun with whatever you end up getting.

On Smash, all you need to know is that it's the best fighting game ever, the amiibos are cool, they basically are cpu players in Smash that you train. And yeah you can only save data per game but you can use them in Mario Kart 8 with no worries since it only unlocks costumes. I only have 2 of them but so far the Link one does more because of Hyrule Warriors. Also, if you're keen on collecting amiibos, you have to buy them, at least the ones you want, when they release unless you want to pay aftermarket prices. If you're ever down for Smash, I can go a few rounds. But a bit of warning, I'm pretty good at it 

Damn, wish I knew about this sooner. I have Origins which I won at 1up a long time ago. I always wanted to try Afterburner, I could get a 10 dollar PSN card via Amazon, but I need to verify my points for giftcards on a service I use and that would be long after the game gets taken down. If someone could spot me a points card or let me download it from their account, I'd let them download anything from mine in return obvious. Wish it ended by the end of the year instead :(

Me too, I like them both but favor the first more. I like all that stuff too, the atmosphere does give you the impression that you're alone in a haunted mansion.

Try finishing it, it's pretty short so it shouldn't take you too long to finish. I always like it when Luigi gets more screen time, like last year. Thanks, I've been doing this for over a decade now and no signs of stopping now. As for how long it takes me to finish, I think around 2-3 hours or so since I know where everything is. I can finish it faster if I wasn't worried about beating my score.

It is a great game, it's short but I like it that way since I can go through the whole thing in one night. I tried the new one, it's not as good as the first one but it's fun. Polterpup is pretty cool too.

If you get the chance try it, it's really good. Also, Gamestop is starting to stock Gamecubes again so there's a chance they'll have copies or so. And thanks, hope your Halloween was good too.

That's a very nice story there, it's also one of my favorites. I tried the 3DS one too and it isn't as good as the original.
