The newest SF on Steam is Arcade Edition which has all of the characters and the latest patch of the game (AE 2012). Hopefully Ultra's PC verison won't be as derpy as Arcade Edition got. Capcom said they would do it right this time around.

They are but recently Arc System Works, the guys behind Guilty Gear and Blazblue, worked with Atlus to create a 2D fighter based on Persona 4 and a bit of Persona 3. Its similar to Jojo and its also a good fighter as well.
If you like Persona 4 Areana, then you should like Jojo. It has a similar system with a few of its characters and more gentiler learning curve so its a great for casual fighters.
I think I'm going to talk a little more about Ultra another time. Isn't your favortie Makoko?
FYI, because I couldn't figure out the place to put in the article, the retail verison of Ultra $40 but includes all of the previous SF 4 costumes and colors unlocked from the get go. Yeah Ultra is looking like my go to fighting game for the year. I'm digging the balancing changes and I think I might have found my new main/alternate in Poison. Unless the 5 fighter is Shadowloo doll like I think it is, then things might change.
I am the same way. I get called sir by co-workers because I don't really joke around like everyone else my age. If you did the same shit I do, you would laugh either. Still I'm not even 25 yet, I'm no where close to being called sir.
I never intended to get a 3DS, I just lucked out and got one from a closing K-Mart. I loved it since. I'm shocked about how robust its indie selection is. I have more indy games on it than any system. Sure, there not always great but there are some really great and odd selections in there, pretty much every genre is represented.
I remeber my mother had panasonic console with a DK cart when she was young. I don't remeber what the sytem was but I always want to play it. No sure if it exists still.
Most people fail to realize that both Msoft and Sony are noth in great shape. Sony is still underpeforming and is planning to sale their computer division. Meanwhile, Msoft just appointed a new CEO after an emparring experience with Windows 8. As companies, neither side is at optium streight. Gaming parts of those companies that do make money but all it takes it a critically awful fiscial year, and they can be up on the chopping block too.
I do remeber Scorge Hive and that sounds really good..
