$4 for a costume pack that only contains 4 costumes? Really Capcom?

He's right, it's a good move. Too many games this season - better to hold off until it cools down.

I will buy this game just to show Capcom that there's a market for a new Darkstalkers.

I'm looking forward to picking this up down the line - but as gorgeous as the game looks I'm finding myself disappointed that the Wii doesn't support HD. I'm actually debating on holding off on the game in hopes that Nintendo will create an HD version for the Wii U, which would be fantastic IMO.

I have had the unfortunate business of not being able to play Super Meat Boy and feel like I've really missed out on a gem there. I may pick this up just to check it out though, as the review makes it seem promising and for $5 you really can't go wrong.

I had a feeling that Skyrim was going to be big, but I may have still underestimated just how big it's actually going to be.

Heed, I appreciate the feedback but I must tell you that patch 1.3 had not been released at the time of the playing and reviewing of this game. The review may have been posted afterwards, but the review had been completed before that point.

I feel my complaints towards the game are completely valid and that even in the light of the patch my main gripe - that the game lacks focus and doesn't do any one thing particularly well - stays true. If you disagree with that, that's fine. Reviews are completely subjective so keep that in mind. If you enjoyed Dead Island and think my points are invalid, more power to you. There are other reviews out there that feel the same way you do about the game, as are there ones that are more in line with what I think.

You have to admit, as off the mark as PETA is in this instance, they've created an awful lot of buzz with this "game." For them it's marketing gold.
