Nice pickups on the box of magazines. From what you wrote it seems like it covered a good portion of various gaming platforms. Its fun to look through older magazines to look at the ads, and read what people thought during that time period.

Let's take a step back and applaud this guy, and the team he is on for not only landing something on a comet but for wanting to do this. I can't wait for the day when someone complains that wearing a tie will be sexist.
Yeah the exclusives are a bit thin on both sides. I'm usually not into looking for exclusives but when I got the 360 that was my sole purpose and so far I haven't been disappointed. When you find something you want to play then the console becomes worth it, in the meantime saving the money is always a good thing.
I don't know if you saw it, but I saw on Today's Slickdeals (11/19) Target has a 2DS with Mario Kart 7 for $100.

I'm watching the usual stuff that I mention on Quick Hits, Kitchen Confidential is a good book. Bourdain is interesting, and funny. In fact I have one of his random shows streaming as I type this.
As for games I want to try out the newest Call of Duty but I'll wait a bit, and I can't wait for the Black Friday deals. I got a peek at what Target is offering from one of the employees.
Its funny about that tablet, I never really noticed them, but after doing some research on them, they seem to be sold everywhere. A couple of days ago while at Target (I really should just buy stock in them at this point) they had it on sale for $180 but with no SD card. At least I know if/when I get one, I'll have options on where to purchase it.
I can only imagine how awesome a Lego Steam sale would be. I don't want to check Steam too often because it'll get me into PC gaming with all the deals.
The PS4 would come out to $150 out of pocket because I have a can that I toss all my loose change into, and I usually use that cash on buying expensive toys like consoles or big Lego sets.
Oh man I forgot about how fun the Loco Roco games were. I wish I would have bought a physical copy of Loco Roco 3.
Thanks, the Shield Tablet from what I've read/seen is a solid gaming tablet and you can buy a controller, and stream some games to it.
Beyond Gotham is a fun game. Its your typical Lego game so if you played the previous games, you can just jump right in. I'm taking this version a little slower than previous games but the best part is the devlopers kept the save points at the beginning of each section so I can take breaks.
I've played a couple of space levels and they are fun, one is similar to ones found in the original Lego Batman game...and of course with space levels you need a Space Batman. I hope they release this figure in actual Lego sets.
I didn't know there were so many variations of Spider-man until I started playing this game. The positive is that each one has an info bubble which is nice for folks like myself.
