Aaron, posting at IGN wasn't that bad. I never had any troll issues and I did make some friends over there. I just feel that it lacks the sense of community that I feel is important. And did make some cool friends there.

I know what you mean about early blogs, I'm in the process of backing up my eight years' worth of blog entries. I started from the earliest ones, and boy do some of them stink, lol.

I prefer getting reviews of the under-the-radar stuff. You can find the big stuff anywhere. I'd rather read about something that I'm far more likely to be interested in playing than the next COD. I'm not after  the big news, I'm looking for a community of people with shared interests, in this case, games.

Congrats on the coming little one. Think of all the cool things you'll get to introduce him/her to!

Never cared about the console wars. It's all about the games. I never have the money to plunk down on a newly released system, anyway, so I get to sit back and decide based on other peoples' frustration or pleasure.

If Sony really does make the PS4 more user-friendly, that can only be a good thing. I bought my PS3 for the exclusives, because, let's face it, the 360 is a much more user-friendly console. I had my 360 up and running and was playing a game within 20 minutes of unpacking it. Two and a half hours after unboxing my PS3, I was still swearing a blue streak and tempted to pack it back up and get my money back. I'm glad I didn't, though.
