Have you ever played a mobile game called Alphabear? It's a really fun word puzzle game, and it's free.

I got the Tekken Wii U game super cheap a few years after it came out. I had fun dressing up the characters in Nintendo outfits. Nina Williams dressed as Zelda made it look like Zelda ate her spinach.
Yoshi's Woolly World is a GREAT game, but I was able to get the Poochy amiibo separately, so I won't get it again on the 3DS. I have all the Yarn Yoshi amiibo, even the Mega Yarn Yoshi. Yeah, I need help. :)
I love Mega Man Powered Up. It's one of my top favorite PSP games alongside Loco Roco 1 & 2, Gurumin, Ys Seven, and Half-Minute Hero. I wish Capcom would make a Mega Man Powered Up 2! And 3, and...
I used to rent games all the time when I was a kid. But this was back in the NES and SNES days. Games cost anywhere from 40 to 60 bucks plus back then, and renting them from the local rental place only cost a buck per game (but there were late fees). So you can guess what I chose to do a lot of the time. But I stopped renting games once everything went to CD because I kept getting games with scratches on them and they wouldn't work. And it was easier for me to wait until games went down in price, then I could just buy them and play them whenever I wanted. Now, most games I want to play, I also want to own. Plus it helps that I get review copies of a lot of games, too.
I'm pretty new to the PS4 scene, too. But I think you'd really like Tearaway: Unfolded. If you like point and click adventures, I'd suggest downloading The Little Acre. Shantae: Half Genie Hero is a fun 2-D platformer. Atari Flashback Classics vol. 1 and 2 are nice collections. I don't know how you feel about Minecraft, but I also think you'd really like Dragon Quest Builders. I haven't played my copy yet, but I did like Odin Sphere on the PS2, and they re-released it on the PS4.
Ah so you know about that one (didn't want to spoil it). "This is as good as I'll ever be." Dang!
I didn't think the Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures games were that bad, really. Yes, they were based on an AWFUL cartoon, but if you looked at them as just a game, they were fairly decent. Nothing I'd recommend to people, but not anything I'd bash either.
I do like that you mentioned how annoying the voices were. Why do cartoons nowadays cast characters with annoying voices? Why can't they go back to the days where cartoon voices were done (mostly) by comedians? That's actually one of the best things about the 80's H-B Pac-Man cartoon was the voices. Of course, the old 80's Pac-Man cartoon wasn't very good either, but at least it was better than the new CG one.
You know, normally I would write a blog about the Super Bowl commercials. But I didn't this year. That's how underwhelmed I was with them.
I didn't really care which team won. I decided to root for the Falcons since they were furhter south and I have relatives in Atlanta. Too bad they lost. Oh well.
I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga, but I don't hate her either. The halftime show was pretty good, I guess.
I was more interested in the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet. :)
I got a few of the new Darkwing comics a few years ago. They were really cool and did stuff that they probably couldn't do in the TV show. I remember in particular one story involving Quacker Jack. The ending in that story just made me go, 'wow.' I hope I can pick up any new Darkwing comics. I REALLY liked the Disney Afternoon cartoons when I was a kid. I'm glad Disney is reviving DuckTales as a cartoon (hope it's good), and I hear in 2018 they're going to do the same with Darkwing.
