I wish the Telltale games would add this type of mechanic instead of the horrible action sequences that I hate. I don't like combat in Telltale games.

The 'health regen' in bloodborne for action games. I was a bit skeptical about it at first, but then I realized that the combat in that game is more fast paced than usual DS games and taking a time out to heal takes you out of the action. Playing through the Nioh demo, which is more face paced and closer to Ninja Gaiden than DS, it has a mechanic that lets you regen your stamina by tapping R1. Not sure how this plays out through the rest of the game but it doesn't feel intuitive to have to push an extra side button to win back some stamina. BB was more elegant. You could win back damage taken by being agressive and had more to do with countering and timing. But yeah, regen systems are good. Auto Health regen changed FPS, maybe for the worst, but I feel this system in action games can change action games. Fuck health potions. Also, in Witcher 3 would work better because you wont have to rest at a bonfire to refill potions, just win back health through combat.
Real maps. Like pulling out a map from your pocket ingame. I was playing FarCry2 and one of the things I enjoyed was pulling a map out of my pocket and just studying where I had to go, then putting it away and just exploring on my own, like in Firewatch. A simple mechanic like this makes it more immersive. So real maps!
That's too bad! I only ever had an issue with PS3 slim, after many years of use I suppose the hard fall it took from a high shelf factored into it. I recentley dismantled and cleaned up the inside and it came back to life. The only time I've had an issue with hardware was with the first amazon kindle tablet which had a fucked up screen. I ended up having to ship two of them back before it finally worked. I do love and still use the kindel tablet version 1.0.
Enchantress gyrating hips for no reason in suicide squad, outkast song plays in head "shake it, sh-shake it like a polaroid picture!"
Watching comic book films with any kind of intelligence will ruin the movie experience.
That's funny because I actually enjoyed the beginning of BvS and hated it as it got towards the middle and end. Batman fighting Superman makes sense if Batman is trying to test out Supermans powers and look for weaknesses, but I didn't like that he was actually planning on killing him. That would have left the world way to dark, with only Batman and Lex and the Suicide Squad. Actually, I think that was the premise behind Suicide Squad, with no real heroes in the world, the inmates run the asylum. When the monster showed up and exploded like a bomb in the middle of the fight, and then wonderwoman shows up is when it got stupid. I kind of felt bad for superman when they blew up the senate or whatever. Him trying to fit in to the world that hates him would have been a better drama, more like an Xmen movie instead of the ending we actually got. Then again, I'd probably change my mind if I tried to watch the whole thing again and probably agree with you. Beginning is boring, Ending is fun? They need to stop forcing these films to match up together like a Frankenstein monster. The seams splitting around the edges were all too noticable in Suicide Squad. The original WW actress Linda Carter is supposed to join the cast of Supergirl as the President I think. So tune in for that!
Eww. It would be like blasting a blow dryer in my face. The bigger issue is the cooling systems in hardware go apeshit.
I sound like an addict. LOL! I usually mix all these up, but I just put off gaming due to a heat wave. And normally I'll play between 40 mins to an hour of a game a day avg. either on ipad or some indie game.
If they don't bring zombie Barb back I will scream!
Stranger Things is in between good to great depending on whether you were an 80s kid. The nostalgia factor might add to viewing experience with sound and visuals. There are loads of homages to 80s. Without that, it's a fairly standard monster show like X-Files but just subtract Mulder & Scully and let shit hit the fan without them rescuing anybody. It felt a bit like Resident Evil and Silent Hill for me. Paranormal and supernatural all mixed up with a teen soap opera and kid adventure movie. It's also only 8 episodes long, so its on the shorter end of binge watching. I recommend if you like horror adventure. It's pretty fun.
Also, I'm not sure about RE7 either. I will play it because I've never missed a game, but I'm not sure if the whole thing is FPS or not? I keep hearing diff. things about that. The demos are just prologues and not the whole game, or the whole game is like the demo? Make up your mind internet?
