lol yes! Most of the games on Genesis Mini are very hard, but save states makes them a bit more managable if you want to make progress.

You really should give it a try, although don't worry about beating it. I think you'll enjoy it
Really? Well, it is very wacky, even more so than most of Treasure's stuff.
lol yeah, there's quite a bit of dialogue, and it's really good too.
Yeah, it's great to see Square Enix working with Nintendo again!
Yeah, they were impressive back then.
Yeah, I see this game as Square saying "We'll work with Nintendo one last time before moving to Playstation." That makes this game really special.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!! jk it's very fun, give it another shot
I also played this game when I was pretty young, and I think those games are some of the most precious and nostalgic, just because things tend to leave bigger impressions on you when you're young.
So here's the thing with MK: the first MK game I played was MK 64. I loved that game! I had no idea that the series started on SNES until I was a teen, and when I finally played it, I thought, "This game is hard, and it's not nearly as fun as the other games in the series." I really respect the first one for paving the way, but yeah, it's hard to go back to it now. I can play it, but I really love MK 64, Double Dash, and especially MK 8.
