If you don't have Minecraft yet, this is the right answer. My son started playing that when he was 8 and is now 10. No signs of stopping now either.
If he already does have Minecraft, then I'll have to think about it some more.

I'm getting pretty close to this point too. Steam has played a large role, but so has my slowly depleting storage space. I have never sold a single game I've owned, and even though I don't have a "collection," I have a lot of games in boxes up in the closet and stashed around the house. It's getting ridiculous. Having things digital on the PC, 3DS, and consoles has become more and more convenient, and I will probably go that route more and more.
I just bought Fire Emblem on the 3DS this morning because it was cheaper than it would ever be digitally... I was a little bummed I had to buy it on cartridge.
That cracks me up for some reason.
Huzzah!
If you get Resogun (free with PS+), we can get blow'd up together.
I hope you enjoy NFS Rivals as much as I am. It's a ton of fun!
I read the Out of the Silent Planet trilogy with about five years between each installment for some reason. The first two are very sci-fi and the third one had a couple of things that were freakishly prescient.
I can't find the specific video I saw just after reading that final book, but this video has similar work in soviet russia...
I've been playing split/second off and on recently and it is pretty awesome.
Yeah, I could hear about half of your words, but could hear the game clearly. I'll check out your triumph soon.
I'm watching Joa get trounced by a dragon!
