I tried Xanadu but got stuck early on. I should give it another go soon since it seemed kind of cool.

 Trails of the Sky is different from their other output in that the primary focus is storytelling. The story is good if cliched and simple, but it's also more about being bright and cheery with occasional moments of darkness. Just a bit of a warning if you're going in from their darker more action-ey routes, as this is a straight up turn based j-rpg, albeit with a semi-unique and engaging battle system.

Bilby's laptop can run this game and it's not very good. You could always try buying it on Steam (it's $14.99) and if it doesn't work you can get a refund.

They're on PC too, and the new one is coming to ps4.

Nice! I think I missed it at the time, but nice blog. I'm just playing through Memories of Celceta now. Have you played Oath in Felghana or Origins? Thos are definitely my favourites at the moment. Do you have a favourite?

And yeah I got Gurumin on steam for $5 the other day. Don't know how I feel about it yet as the combat is a little slow and the platforming is a little floaty. I'll give it a bit more of a chance though.

 Seems great, hopefully it works. I should reign in my gametime too. Not necessarily from a money standpoint but from a time standpoint. I feel guilty sometimes, like I could be doing so much more but instead mostly work, play games, and occasionally hang out with friends/spend time with the gf. 

 It's a great passtime, but it is expensive (especially in aus) and a huge timesink. I mean two of the main ways we dictate the quality of a game is how many hours it packs in and how addictive it is. I can't be the only person who doesn't find that to be a good sign.

Well, when this is one of your third party candidates, it may be better to stick with the main ones.

I  don't think anybody is particularly happy about voting for Clinton, but America's completely inept two party system means you kind of have to if you don't want your country to be run by Putin in Oompa Loompa cosplay.

 Yeah it is awesome. I did the same a little while ago and then started again yesterday and wondered why I ever stopped playing. Have you played any of the other Ys games?

It's terrifying, especially since Trump is dumb enough to repost conspiracy theories as fact, believes that Obama caused the Sandy Hook massacre to invoke gun control, used 9/11 as an excuse to brag that his tower is now the tallest and a whole heap of other insane bullshit that his followers seem absolutely fine with accepting and repeating.
