Ahh yes, the eternal classic. Despite its dateness, I do really like to play the VC copy of the NES original from time to time, enough to consider the game a favorite.

That Toon! game sounds like all kinds of fun. Wonder if they still publish it.
Do it, it's that amazing.
I remember playing Klonoa quite a few times on a friends PS1. I do remember liking it and being impressed by the 2.5D graphics. I would like to maybe get the Wii remake someday in the future.
Back when I had a car fanboy phase, Pimp my Ride was among my regular watch that I even wanted the game. However, as my love of cars got low and discover that this game isn't good, it killed any interest I had. Probably for the best.
I still have a pretty low library, but I love my 3DS. It also helps to catch up with the past DS games, since I never had one.
I also giggle at the "Nintendo is doomed" mentality, which has been pretty constant since the N64.
Very much know all of them, but unfortunately i've only seen Bebop so far. I'm very lazy with anime, man. Though that's not a bad thing as Bebop is soooo amazing.
You know it's not neccesary to run over people on the GTA games, right?
Anyway, I feel like i'm open to most genres. That said, though I don't dislike them, i'm not a player of sports games. Military shooters i'm also not very interested, but I could give them the benefit of the doubt one of these days. I think the only one i'm not fully into is mobile gaming in general, especially on this touch age. Aside from the time wasters you mentioned, I don't "get" the motion controls in general when it comes to cellphones.
Btw, I love driving games :P
I'm also quite happy that many visual novels are making their way to the West, especially some of the iconic ones. I do want to play more of this genre as I only had some small glimpses with Phoenix Wright, Long Live the Queen and Katawa Shoujo.
Have fun with the awesomess of Super Mario 64, one of my top 5 favorite games. World is also pretty great.
