I do like that it also has ports for your own controllers, just in case you have an old fight stick, or a favorite 3 button controller laying around.

Oh I used to love buying games from flea markets. There was this guy who sold carts for $5 each. He didn't care it was a sports game, to one of Tengen black carts, to random RPGs. Everything was $5.
Funny thing, I never played Pole Position on a console. It was always the arcade stand up or my favorite the sit down. The first and only time I played Pole Position at home was when I bought a Jaguar and bought the game.
So that's the problem! I bet you Sony probably mentioned it on their blog. I do wish they would e-mail it out too, considering I get a bunch of Playstation emails about their games. Man oh man, I can't wait for food tomorrow!
Awesome little bundle!
That sucks you got rid of the original Genesis. I haven't touched my Genesis in a couple of months. I have the old Sega CD but for some reason it no longer works (I bought way back in college off a friend, just so I could play Mortal Kombat). I do hope you run into a Genesis again so you can play those games.
It is such an awesome little machine. My friend bought one like this a couple of years ago, but it didn't have the built in games. The one thing I wish it had was HDMI, but oh well I can connect this to an older tube tv in the other room.
I LOVED this game growing up. I think I used the 3-D feature once or twice (I think you hit select to get it into 3-D mode, and you had those funky glasses). This game and Pole Position were the games that got me into the racing genre. Excellent read, and thanks for the trip down memory lane!
Oh that Lego Podrace level...I've had some hate for it..then really enjoyed it (second and third playthroughs can do that).
$800 for all Skylanders? This is why I don't want to get into them. I tried Skylanders light aka Disney Infinity but lost interest because of the limited characters, but Skylanders would be fun but dang $800 bucks.
Oh nice, I'll check it out!
I like using the Mark 42 Iron Man because he flies, and has a laser. That's my current go-to character. Also if you unlocked him, the Iron Man Hulkbuster because he's huge and hovers
Oh nice! Once you get going in that game, you start breaking EVERYTHING. Sometimes I drive around NYC and treat it like GTA
BOOOO Philiy!
Yeah it is, but I could be getting into that RPG game, so I might have found something fun in random game downloading.
