Snagged Grandia II at Game & Trade for $10, would love to find a copy of Grandia Extreme. I stupidly sold my copy of Baldurs Gate D A years ago, I need to get it again. I had no idea it would become so prized and somewhat rare.
Sometimes a change in enviroment is the best thing. I had a bit of a gypsy up bringing so picking up and moving is second nature to me. I think 12 years is the longest I have ever lived in a single place. Been back in New Orleans for about 2 years now and I hope to move to the Washington-Oregon area in a few years. I have lived in the south all my life but I just can't handle this heat anymore. Hope the new place is everything that you hoped it would be.
Ran errands in the morning, groceries, gas up the ride, get a money order for rent, all that fun stuff. Then spent the evening playing Borderlands 2. A friend and I beat the main story in Tiny Tina's Assault and it was truly impressive. Still got a bunch of side quest to do now. Roll for innitiative!
Thats funny cause I was having the same problem with Borderlands 2, played that game exclusively for a couple of months, lol. I have never played any of the Far Cry games , maybe I need to check them out.
Damn that sucks, well at least you were not halfway through the game when you lost your save, lol.
Captain Scarlets Pirate Booty is not bad, Mr Torgue has some really funnty story stuff and the eiasiest of all the raid bosses. Hammerlocks Big Hunt was pretty short and disappointing. So far Tiny Tina's assault has been really good. If you get one this is the one to get.
If you haven't got to Santuary yet then you have barely scratched the surface. I won't lie getting to and beating Captain Flynt is a royal bitch, my only advice is you will want an electric elemental weapon of some kind to take out his sheild, it will make fighting him much easier. Your path to Sancutary from that point on is much easier. Also keep in mind that this game is an RPG too and a little lv grinding never hurts.
Been trying to get my brother to get a PS3 and Borderland 2 so we could play too. Well there is alway the GOTY edition to look forward to. People are still playing the first Borderlands so I have a feeling people will be keeping the server buissy on this one for a while.
I started it yesterday and have put a few hours into it tonight and its great. Tough as hell but I playing it in Ultimate Vault Hunter mode and even whith my Mech at lv 61 and packing legendaries I'm getting my butt handed to me right and left. A freind joined me tonight but the game scales up the difficulty when you get extra people so it helped and hindered,lol. My only complaint is that the other dlc campaigns should have been as good as this one. Fairies and relics that boost your stats, chests that let you roll dice for better loot. I also noticed that the class mods have different titles and have more range in the stats than they would normaly effect.
Yeah, I think thats one they are not going to budge on, lol. They got too much R&D money tied up in that thing. Xbox fetch, Xbox go home, Xbox make me a sandwich! Actually that last one would sell me an Xbone, LOL!
