Your work situation sounds sort of similar to mine. I had to leave it and now I'm starting another job which I'm uncertain of. I keep trying to figure out something more important to do work wise, but I just can't seem to find my thing. 

I wanted to get into streaming but my friend Mark, who I game with regularly, wasn't into it. I guess it's just as well because that can become sort of a commitment. I like to do whatever I want on game day. 

It's kind of depressing that blogging seems to be less of thing, especially in the game space. I'm continually searching for some way to write. I'm doing a kind of newsletter thing right now because I want to touch on more things than just "what I played today". I'm considering learning some journalism. Maybe I can write something for a site like Game Grumps. I figure I'm too old to be a games journalist for real. I might do some fiction though. I don't know. . .

Good luck with jobs. These things suck ass for the most part. I'd like to go find an island and become a hermit. 

Duck Dynasty with Minecraft style character art. Or is it kind of paper crafty.

I just want The Penetrator from Bulletstorm (it's the upgraded stake gun) in a scifi/horror game, and that three bladed sword that shoots swords in the movie Sword and the Sorcerer for a fantasy/horror game. There'll be all the gibs. 

Yea, I was imagining some suits at Activision looking for licenses they could use for a game that used sellable toys. Spyro just happened to be available and cheap. I'll look it up for real sometime though. Probably an interesting story. 

I wish I had more time for anime. Games has filled up all my entertainment space. 

I've never played the full Civ experience on PC. I'd love to though. I really like the game's sumarization of history. Makes you think. 

Yoda is his younger days. He was wild and crazy before he turned to the quiet contemplation of The Force. 

The anime for Ghost was much better because it really focused on the problem of identity. Hollywood just wants to put up a clear hero vs villain story. BORING!

I am excited for Guardians though. I know exactly what I'm getting with that movie.

I've played about 8 hours of Persona 5 and am still in the Palace too. However, I've chosen other games to play so Mark and I can compete. I keep looking at my sleeping PS4 longingly though. 

It's kind of the X-Men story, now I think of it. Master Eon is Prof. Xavier. 

I saw the remake vids on facebook. Looks good, but I'd only get it if there was a campaign. Multiplayer generally isn't my thing. 

I really want to play those games now because I want to know what connection they have to Skylanders aside from just the character.

It was still devoted to games. The PS2 and Xbox wanted to put all your media in one box. Dreamcast just wanted to do games. I like that.
