That demographic is just someone who watches the show Friends and remembers when Joey says a "moo" point is "like a cow's opinion. It doesn't matter."

I think it's the lack of challenge that makes it less fun for me. I don't like not having a goal and while Kirby games technically have one, it doesn't feel like much of an accomplishment when I complete that goal. Then again I've never actually beaten one of these games either, so perhaps I'll try again.
I've never heard of these, but Love Letter sounds interesting.
I wouldn't call it a board game, but I'd actually say most gatherings I go to now have Cards Against Humanity played.
I like Trivial Pursuit cause I like Trivia, Scrabble cause I was always good with words, and we owned some gimmicky 80s/90s stuff like Mouse Trap.
It's cool to see someone talk about board games. Maybe Pixlbit can find an online board game to play with each other. I know that defeats your point about playing in-person, but still.
It's also interesting you mention imagination usage, as there was a scientific article I wrote about on plus10damage.com that found atheists were significantly less likely to play tabletop games than their religious counterparts in the study, and the authors hypothesized this might be due to the more robust imaginations of religious people. I think that's a bit of a stretch, but it was interesting nonetheless.
I could never get into Kirby games.
I think Eternal Darkness was the only game to ever scare me effectively. Love that one.
I don't play horror games enough to say how they've evolved or devolved. I played the first part of RE4 recently and that's really all I've played aside from ED: SR, Erectile Dysfunction: Santa's Reindeer.
You can always dress as a slutty male nurse and go to a party.
Maybe my subconscious told me to go to Dallas and stuff my face with fried fair food this weekend so I wouldn't get caught in any crossfire when the SFA Texans and Cowboys fans start shooting at each other.
Don't have one. First one I ever played was RE4 on Steam and I've put it down for the time being.
I'd have to go with Agent 47 and Sam Fisher finding each other, but Fisher snaps 47's neck.
Of these, Sonic 3D Blast's was my favorite. Never heard that one before, but I love it.
My favorite from games I've actually played is probably Chemical Plant Zone (or whatever the second stage is called) from Sonic 2.
