Yeah my intention is always to come back following a break but lately, i've been going back less and less. I put about 10 hours into Final Fantasy XIII-2 which I liked but I don't see myself going back to that any time soon (if at all). I think my level of patience of late has shrunk
At the start of this gen, I was very quick to trade in games once I got fed up and just moved on. At the moment though, I tend to agree with you and I just want to finish them. My backlog isn't terribly long number-wise but hour-wise it's pretty massive. This combined with my newfound itchiness to buy some long games I missed out on (e.g Fallout: New Vegas) is what tempts me to move on
I had similar feelings about GTA IV actually. Spending 10-20 mins to drive across the city and play a pretty tame bowling mini-game was pretty damn boring.
I've always been tempted by Lego Star Wars. I've never actually bought a Lego game only plated the demos. I might get Lego LOTR once I find it at the $20 mark
I can see where you're coming and kinda agree. The further I got into AC though the more I enjoyed the more open world feel. The idea of the different gangs controlling different parts of the city for me is pretty awesome
Yeah, it's all about the details in Arkham City. Even things like the character biographies really add to the experience for me
Yeah I'm a really big fan of Charlie Day now. The way he goes off on his high-pitched rants is hilarious
It's definitely worth the time. It'd be great for a rainy weekend where you could really concentrate on it. I've a habit of leaving a game forever once I finish the campaign but I may come back for NG+ in this case. There are a lot of unlockable...
Do you know if this is any good on the PS3? I saw it listed over the weekend for free and was tempted. Is there still much of a community playing?
