I know, hahah.. I am not even Married, though I think I would sacrifice them to some sick disorder I could come up with, hehehe.
But it is cool to see that big house and know it is all yours.

Hheheh nice,
Blighttown sucked for me.. but the Depths and those Basilisk (Googly Eyes) those things freaked me out.
There is another way into Blighttown but it is not any easier as you might have to deal with dragons.. and those bastards will get you if you don't like lightning.. hehehe..it ALL the way down from Firelink... But hey.. did you ever find Alvina and join the Kitty Kat Club? hehehe that is a cool experience that can help you as well. (sometimes...)
Nice ..I remember my first time at all of those places.. Since I played a Thief and got the master key, I explored Undead Burg first and got a real sense for the area.
I loved killing the Black Knight as using cowardly tactics no longer make you look like a caward, but an insightful straegist, hehe.
I went to the Graveyard on my first run and I will admit that my GAMER'S OCD kicked in and I was dying left and right because I had something to prove to those stupid skeletons. But after a while of dyin and tryin.. I beefed up my combat ability and was better able to handle bad guys who used swords, hehehe
HAHA.. Fish love is always welcome..... *wait* wrong post.... heheh
I wouldn't mind the Darks Souls Blog.. Always cool to hear about others exploits
Nice...
Though I think Alex Kidd should not have been ported. I loved playing this game for the master system, and I can even remeber that lovely music that becomes engrained in your brain. But I feel your words were true, but since this an 8bit, I cannot disagree, though I want to (i really liked this game and got all the sequels 2).... good job
Well keep me posted, I want to know how you are doing.. once I get the game back I will update you on where I left off, because I seriously forgot! hahahahha
I mean PICK IT UP... hehe
YOU CAN DO IT.. I think I will pack it back up this weekend.. We can be brothers in DEATH, hahaha
You have to join Alvena and what I call the "Kitty-Kat club" that is a lovely addition to gaming.. your exploring, and then you get summoned to kill some trespasser.. AWESOME (till you meet a highlevel pimp, or a japanese/foreign leveled player.)
You need to blog your exploits..
Thanks for the response..
I guess I am not looking for the abolition of Saves, but a balance that doesn’t allow gamers to exploit that feature.
I feel like an gaming opportunitst now.. while I am not looking to cheat the system (too much), I do tend to look for those instances where I can take advantage. For me, this is one way.
Darksouls will always have a place in my heart because the 1-stop-shop on difficulty. How ever, it too can be exploited (not by much, haha) but thankfully the Campfires don’t really give you to many advantage except to farm to your hearts content.
I will pick that game back up eventually but I burnt myself out on it after I farmed for 4hrs straight.. I went from lvl 38 to 70.. hehe I will post my old blog and let you laugh at my exploits…
Good Blog..
My gaming evolution is similar to most of the gamers out there.. however, in my 30+ years of gaming, I have come to take full advantage of a game when it gives me the opportunity.
Skyrim and Mass Effect 3 are great examples.. The autosave feature is a boon, and a curse. If I want to step away and do something while playing Skyrim.. I make sure there are no enemies around, and wait for 1 hr.. it will autosave and let you do what you want.
For ME3, if I want to come back to it, simply leave planet side and go to the Normandy.. or go in and out of space to the ship and the Autosave will kick in.
I feel that the save feature has enabled us and caused us to develop in a more whiney/expectant gamer. It gives a luxury of knowing that you can always go back and do it over again at your leisure save a little repeat of time.
Games like Resident Evil made you step up your game and evolve.. Like you said, when you played the next time, PROGRESS NEEDED TO BE MADE… heheh do that in a game like skyrim and I can assure you all of its perfect scores and accolades will be thrust out the window by the same fans that gave them because you will make them WORK and put in some serious game play effort, and that is not something they can be easily placed back into without some seriouse Moaning and Groaning.
I am a tough love kinda guy (if you haven’t noticed) I have played some good and bad games and I welcome the times when I am put in a situation that will make me work for that outcome I am hoping for, but I digress.. the ability to save, as it stands now-a-days, has made me loose the desire to work as hard; I have become complacent…
I save often and take no seriousness in my actions because I know I can go back and load and try again till I get my result.
Bring back the challenge, make us whole again, hehe
