We just had a week and a half of overcast skies and rain. That's the first we've had since about March. It felt soooooo good. (I swear I'm not trying to rub your nose in it.)

Arkham Horror is great, but you need to sink a LOT of time into just one game of it. But it's fun and manages to convey a sense of harried dread as you try to close gates and defeat monsters as they start swarming the board.
Fuse was...something. My opinions were colored by playing it solo. Maybe co-op would change that color. I'll try to put up my thoughts within the next couple days.
I take it the temps are a bit more moderate through the year?
Yeah! And we were playing against one of the easier ones. I'd hate to think how quickly we would've lost if we played against Azathoth or Yog-Sothoth.
Ah, I'm a fan of fall. The temperature finally starts dropping to the 80s and 70s in this part of Texas.
My friends and I have been getting more and more into card and board games lately. We mostly like playing co-op games, but there's one of us who like competetive games more. Then he really hates it when he loses.
I picked up the D&D starter set and the PHB recently and really love how they've stripped the system down AND still made it feel like a modern game. I'm hoping to get some games in with my group soon.
Oh! And the Psycho is fun, though most of the skills are dependant on harming yourself too.
Depends on what you're going for. The commando and the siren have some pretty good solo slayer skills, but you have to be careful with your health unless you invest in skills for regeneration. The gunzerker (understandbly) is a great tank class on it's own.
I had the most fun with a pure cataclysm skill Siren. She could phaselock enemies, cause status effects and some pretty good sized area of effect attacks.
Society really should expand it's mind.
My friend was able to kill both Donkey Mong and a chubby on our first playthrough. I haven't been able to run into them, though. I've tried a couple of times, but the random spawning hasn't brought them up yet. I'm pretty sad about that.
