PB & Jason Issue 12: Bon Anniversaire??

In this PB & Jason, we celebrate our twelfth issue! Hooray!

Oh, yeah. There's also a lot of talk. A lot of talk. I talk a lot.

Right! About News. News talk, new releases, a couple rumors out there.

After that, then, after that... There's talk about Scribblenauts! And Super Scribblenauts! And Sonic 4: Episode 1.

I conclude with a bang, and out goes PB & Jason Issue 12, and in comes the new little infant PB&J 13 to represent the new broadcast year.

No invizimals were harmed in the making of this podcast.

So, yeah, clearly no new Issue tonight. Why? I hit a computer virus and spent the last several hours working on eradicating it. Maybe tomorrow, if we're lucky, we'll see one. Sorry!

Long day, but I'm gathering up materials for tonight's podcast. I'll be recording and it'll be up in the wee, small hours in the morning. I know that's the time you all miss me most of all.

I played the Sonic 4: Episode 1 demo. I think the homing attack sucks because it cuts Sonic's speed. Just because of the homing attack I won't get this game, even if would cost me $20.

I'm one of those that like Sonic Rush. It was a lot of fun to play.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Review

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen an entry in the Metroid Prime series - 18 years, in fact. It was 8 years ago that Metroid Prime 4 was originally announced and its development was more than a little turbulent. Initially developed by Bandai Namco, it was later scrapped completely and development was shifted back to Retro Studios to start the project over. In the end, Retro has delivered a solid new entry in the series, but one that doesn’t totally capture what originally made the series so compelling.
