3DS Update is Live!

Enjoy the extra goodies!

The 3DS update is now available to all 3DS owners. This is the update promised by Nintendo to be released in November, so it may be late, but now your 3DS can do so much more.

You can now use the cameras in the 3DS to record 3D video for up to 10 minutes. Videos can be easily saved to an SD card and have full motion and stop motion settings. New features in the Mii Plaza include puzzles, a new dungeon for Find Mii, and "accomplishments" for completing various tasks. SpotPass connectivity and a music player are included as well.

A new "Nintendo Zone" app is also available. New videos, game previews and special content from "participating locations" will be available through this new widget. The Nintendo eShop also received an upgrade, and you can now download while your system's in sleep mode. Data can now be transfered between 3DS systems and online functionality between games has been improved. DLC is now a possibility.
