New Corpse Party for PSP in 2012

Get ready for more Japanese terror, high school style.

Corpse Party was probably under your radar, but hopefully by now you’ve read our review and know a little bit more about this interesting horror/adventure game. However, you may not know that the Corpse Party just released in the U.S. by XSEED Games is actually a re-release of a game that came out for the PC in Japan. It was ported to the PSP, and already has a sequel, titled Corpse Party: Book of Shadows. You can add another entry to this series, as a new title, Corpse Party 2U (working title) has been shown in the Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation.

Nano Assault Review

This is what happens when the old and new collide.

Does anybody remember Body Wars at EPCOT?  It was one of those simulator rides that had the passengers shrunk down in order to enter a human body and carry out some kind of mission.  I honestly can’t remember what that mission was or even if it was successful, but I do remember how amazed I was as a young child, flying through a complete stranger’s cardiovascular system, red and white blood cells zooming by my head.  It was an awe inspiring experience that has stayed with me, perhaps through the nostalgic lenses of rose colored glasses, and it’s a memory tapped by Nano Assault on the 3DS.

Devil May Cry HD Collection Release Date

Get a triple dose of HD Dante next Spring!

Thanks to the trend of HD reissues, you could easily spend most of 2012 playing the best games from 2001-2006 and not even think that you were missing out. Hot on the heels of the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus and Metal Gear Solid HD Collections, we’re just a bit away from Silent Hill, and let’s not forget that Jak and Daxter is on the way as well. We here at PixlBit have quite a few games and series that we would like to see get the HD treatment. Devil May Cry didn’t quite make that list, but it was definitely in the discussion. We already knew that an HD collection for all things Dante was on the way, but now we know when.
