Rather than being inspired by Scarface and Goodfellas like GTA or Saints Row, Mafia II is more deliberately paced and more akin to The Sopranos or The Godfather, in which story and the lifestyle itself are front and center. There are no side quests or odd jobs to complete. Although there’s a big city, this is not an open world game. It's a linear action game with a strong narrative.

Titled, Hail to the Icons, the DLC adds new multiplayer modes and maps.
Gearbox will be releasing DLC for their latest and controversial shooter, Duke Nukem Forever. The next GameInformer magazine has a big cover story on Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Developed by High Moon Studios, gamers will play through battles that shaped the Transformers history, during the Civil War between the Autobots and Decepticons.
The zombie virus aspect of the game is explained. The game comes out later this fall for the PC, PSN and XBLA.

IGN is reporting that an Ice White model of the Nintendo 3DS will be released in Japan. This will be the fifth color available for the 3DS after the Aqua Blue, Cosmo Black, Flare Red and Misty Pink models.
