It's time to hit rewind on a platformer of old.
It’s been a long week, but it has finally come to an end and you know what that means. That’s right -- it’s time for another explosive installment of Missing in Action!
In celebration of the series' 25th anniversary, a special edition 3DS will hit stores later this month.
Nintendo of Europe announced today that a limited edition Ocarina of Time-themed 3DS will hit store shelves in Europe on November 25. The black system will be trimmed in gold and feature the Zelda series logo on the top of the system, as well as a themed border featuring ocarinas around the edges. Included in the box is not only the special system, but a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
Expect to pay a console-like price for the handheld game.
Those of you looking forward to next year’s release of Resident Evil Revelations will have to fork over a little more cash than you may have expected. Today Capcom announced that the 3DS exclusive will be selling for $50 - $10 more than the average cost of a handheld game.

There's more depth than expected, but nowhere near enough to carry it for more than a couple hours.
All of those years as a kid where you’d run around like an idiot in the backyard, pretending to be Street Fighter characters has finally paid off. PowerUp Heroes is the real world manifestation of those play time shenanigans. With the use of your trusty Kinect, you’ll be throwing hadoukens and raising the dead with simple gestures. Unfortunately, PowerUp Heroes never progresses beyond this simplicity, leaving players to execute the same basic strategies from beginning to end.
Updated impressions of one of this year's most anticipated 3DS titles: Super Mario 3D Land.
In my opinion, there’s something about the handheld Mario titles that have a certain draw to them. Whether it was the Gameboy color version of Super Mario Bros, or the insanely addictive Mario Kart DS, handhelds have done a great deal for the famous Italian plumber. The 3DS looks to provide even more quality to the already fantastic franchise with Super Mario 3D Land.
Updated impressions of one of this year's most anticipated 3DS titles: Mario Kart 7.
One thing resonated with the bunch of us “comic con goers” when it came to Mario Kart 7; the game is incredibly smooth and incredibly fun. There really isn’t much to say about it other than the fact that it aims to yet again provide an insanely addictive handheld driving experience. As stated in my E3 preview, players at the beginning are allowed to pick a driver, customize car parts from wheels to body and glider type, then the race begins. While it's currently unknown what most of these car parts do, it’s safe to say that they will have some type of effect on either the speed or weight of the kart.
Available now for the Nintendo 3DS.
