Eight Digital Capcom Games to Be Collected on One Disc

Those opposed to the digital form of distribution can grab some Capcom remakes all in one place.

If you have been holding out for a rerelease of all of Capcom's digital games, today is your lucky day. The Capcom Digital Collection will collect eight of Capcom's recent XBLA games for $40 on one disc exclusively on the Xbox 360.

PB & Jason Issue 68: Best Issue Ever.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Preview

The hardcore RPG fan may have a new banner to rally around.

Starting life as an MMORPG, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning has morphed into one of the more interesting original IPs to be released next year.  The game is being developed by industry newcomer 38 Studios and strategy game developer Big Huge Games.  These names may not carry much weight, but they have some serious big name talent working on Reckoning’s game world, most notably being revered fantasy author R.A. Salvatore and comic god Todd McFarlane who have created the game world and artwork respectively.  Lesser known, but still a heavy lifter in his own right, is Ken Ralston who was the lead designer on Morrowind and Oblivion.

Sonic Generations Review

Sorry Star Trek fans, Sonic Generations does not feature Kirk or Picard.

Sonic Generations starts great. When I started playing the game, three acts in, I was on the phone with Nick. “Hey, this game might be better than the console version,” I said. “I'm not surprised,” his response. All the while, I thought to myself, these stages really capture the feel of the original Genesis Sonic games.

Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games Review

How did Mario qualify with all those mushrooms he takes?

On June 23, 1991, Sega released Sonic the Hedgehog for the Genesis and started one of the fiercest rivalries in video games. The two were neck and neck in the 16-bit generations and blah, blah, blah. You know where this is going.

Battlefield 3 Sells 8 Million

A patch is also coming out to address some issues.

Battlefield 3 was EA's biggest day-one shipment with 10 million units and sold 5 million in its first week available. Since its October 27 launch, it appears that the title has continued to sell well. EA has announced that it sold an additional 3 million during the month of November and that has increased the total sales number to 8 million, with total number of titles shipped increased to 12 million.
