A leaked image from Microsoft's E3 site says so.

This is sure to take the wind out of Microsoft's sails during their upcoming presentation. It appears Halo 4 is due to be announced, alongside a number of other Kinect games. A screenshot from Microsoft's Xbox E3 page discloses a return to the Halo universe with Halo 4. The page has since been removed, but click the attached screenshot grabbed from when it was still available.

The banner is just as massive as last year's giant Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood banner, but this year, only two Assassins appear.
