A leaked image from Microsoft's E3 site says so.
This is sure to take the wind out of Microsoft's sails during their upcoming presentation. It appears Halo 4 is due to be announced, alongside a number of other Kinect games. A screenshot from Microsoft's Xbox E3 page discloses a return to the Halo universe with Halo 4. The page has since been removed, but click the attached screenshot grabbed from when it was still available.
