Since fighting games, like the ones in Capcom's Vs. series, have several entirely different audiences, I've decided to take a different approach than normal in my review in hopes of catering to the multiple groups of people to whom these games appeal.
What could this quote from Nintendo's latest press release mean?
"Other Nintendo 3DS games in the works for 2011 from Nintendo include The Legend of Zelda™: Ocarina of Time™ 3D, Star Fox 64™ 3D, Kid Icarus™: Uprising and new installments in the Mario Kart™ series."

Earlier this week, Harmonix reported they was undergoing layoffs of 12-15% of their approximately 240-person staff in order to restructure themselves to fit current projects underway. The move follows the sale of Harmonix to Columbus Nova, but there was no word of whether the layoffs were influenced by the music-gaming studio's new owners.
Don't buy this game.
Purchased from the Android Market for the going rate of 600 Yen (~$7.30), Square Enix's Crystal Defenders seems like it could be a premium app, set to appeal to those who desire a higher quality Android game. Fret not! This port of an iPhone title (...or was it an XBLA title? A WiiWare title? A PSN title? An earlier cell phone's title?) is certainly not a top-tier Android release. In fact, of the handful of gaming apps I've played, it's at the very bottom of the barrel!
In a move to widen their lawsuit against PS3 hacker Geohot, Sony has subpoenaed many websites for user information.
PSX-SCENE revealed Sony has issued a subpoena to procure information about several PS3 hackers.
So nice, they coded twice?
The Sims. Perhaps you've heard of it. The Sims is a game people play where ordinary, everyday people play as ordinary everyday people. A Sim can raise a family, meet neighbors, or get a job. Basically, Sims do just about everything the people who play them do. Re:coded is, in this sense, a game where the heroes of many worlds play as the heroes of many worlds. The digital characters fight heartless, solve a universe of problems, and try to determine the identity and purpose of mysterious figures. Basically, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded's digital Sora does just about everything Sora does.
The NGP is here! And by here, I mean on my PC monitor, but only sometimes. This issue of the podcast deals with it. Things like comparisons between it and the 3DS, launch price, and my opinion of the device's potential performance are all discussed.
