You're never too old for toys...
You read the title right everyone, I wanna buy some toys. Besides gaming, my other semi-hobby is buying toys out of my favorite games, but I actually started buying toys from my favorite comic book heroes. I don't play with them, but I do put them on a shelf for displaying purposes. One day I'll post a pic of the stuff I have. But before we go to the toystore, here are some blogs you forgot to read before playing:

Now that you read that, here are some toys I wanna get this year:
Year of the Horse Optimus Prime: A repaint of the pretty damn awesome Master Piece Optimus Prime. I never had a chance to pick up the orignal MP Prime, they once had it at Toys R Us for 100 bucks back in 2012. Now that very same toy will cost you 300/500 bucks, lame and this is because of those damn scalpers. This version on the other hand is a repaint of the MP Prime, but with gold instead of chrome and has the Year of the Horse logo on it. It is missing a couple of things the original had, but the only thing stopping me is the 130 dollar pricetag.
New 52 Batgirl: Based on the New 52 designs comes Batgirl, in her New 52 design. Batgirl would be my most favorite female hero from DC, but Powergirl makes it a tie. I initially missed the DC Comics Unlimited version and don't want to pay nearly 40 bucks for that one. This new one comes from DC Direct which are known for their fantastic sculps on figures, minus articulation though. I rather have less articulation than pay 40 and this new one is 21 bucks.
Son of Batman Batman: Based on the new Animated movie called Son of Batman, comes Batman in his design from that movie. I think the design looks good, it's from DC Collectibles, they used to be known as DC Direct. Plus you can tell it's going to look really good in hand.
Evasion Mode Optimus Prime: This is apparently from the movie line, well according to the packaging shown online. It looks like G1 Optimus Prime, heck I think I'd rather get this than the YotH one since this is more affordable at 20 bucks.
Transformers Generations Wingblade: This one is actually interesting, this is the first fanmade Transformers toy/character that fans made in a poll by Hasbro. The fact that it's getting a figure is awesome. I can tell collectors are gonna snatch it up, so I may have to get it when it releases.
Winter Soldier Captain America: A toyline from Hasbro based on the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I never had a Cap toy, I missed out on the one from the first movie. This one looks really good, I want one to put him next to the Batman I have. There's also a Black Widow action figure, I'll get that one too since she's my favorite female from Marvel.
New Batman Adventures Batman: When my little brother showed me this, I went Holy Shit Batman! There hasn't been toys based on this series for years and seeing this just brought so much nostalgia to me. It says it from DC Collectibles but the joints, especially the leg ones look like they are from Mattels DC Universe Classics line. This will be a day 1 buy for sure.
Nendoroid Link:I went holy shit when my brother also showed me this. I don't know much about Nendoroid figures, other than the fact that they turn characters into chibis. It makes sense because Toon Link/WW Link was already a chibi to begin with. These are made by the Goodsmile Company, the company that made the figures of Link and Samus that I posted earlier this year. This will be a must buy, because I need this!
Figuarts Mario: Everyone knows I'm a huge fan of Nintendo, especially Mario and always wanted a good Mario toy. I had one from Mario Kart 64 and loved it. It broke and got lost when I was a kid, I've been trying to find one for a while but the prices are insane. My brother showed me this and new I had to have it. It looks incredible, and only at 25 bucks. There are some sets you can buy to make a little diorama, but I only want the Mario for now. I have this on pre-order, can't wait for it.
Those are some of the toys I want to get this year, good news is that some come out late this year. Also, you're never too old for toys and to have fun, heck I play with my little brother with his toys when he wants to play. Are there any toys you wanna get this year? Thanks for reading and later.
